Who's up first? Bob Parsons

I think our inaugural victim, in our inaugural post will be Dr. Bob Parsons, Founder and CEO of GoDaddy.com.

Dr. Parsons and his cronies apparently holiday each year in a small town in Zimbabwe, where it is legal to hunt and shoot what they deem 'rogue' elephants. According to Parsons, the endangered animals are encroaching upon the villager's crops and destroying them.

So is slaughtering the elephants really the way to go, Bob?  Last time I checked this earth is on the very brink of losing elephants to EXTINCTION!  It seems to me that someone of his sizable means could organize a move and relocate the elephants to a less threatening part of the country.  He could actually take it a step further and bankroll a full-blown rescue effort, which would benefit both man and animal.  There are plenty of nature preserves where the animals would thrive.

And last I checked, isn't this Africa we're talking about?  Aren't animals supposed to run free there?

I get more than a sneaky feeling that this about a barbaric adrenaline rush and media attention (he even made a vacation video of the 'hunt') than protecting poor African villagers.

Not proud of you today, Bob Parsons
